2022 WVAEA, Inc. Fall Conference Information

The 2022 WVAEA, Inc. Conference will be held September 13-16 at Charleston Marriott Town Center, 200 Lee St. E, Charleston, WV 25301.  The conference will be offered in person only.  Registration fees cover registration, WVAEA, Inc. membership, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch (Wednesday & Thursday). 

Lodging Information

• Lodging is NOT included in registration and participants are responsible for making their own room reservations using the link provided. Check with your direct supervisor before reserving your room. 
• Breakfast is included for overnight guests.
• Deadline to make a room reservation is August 23, 2022.

Professional Development Fees
Includes registration, lunch (Wednesday & Thursday), breaks, registration fee, and WVAEA, Inc. membership. Dinner will not be included and participants will be responsible for their own dinner. Registration fees are based on number of days attending. Late registration deadline was September 7, 2022. The only registration that is available will include onsite registration fees. Late fees currently apply.

• 1 day - $250
• 2 days - $325
• 3 days - $400
• 4 days - $450
