2025 WVAEA, Inc. Fall Conference Information

The 2025 WVAEA, Inc. Conference will be held September 9-12 at Charleston Marriott Town Center, 200 Lee Street East, Charleston, WV 25301.  The conference will be offered in person only.  Registration fees cover registration, WVAEA, Inc. membership, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch (Wednesday & Thursday). Dinner will not be offered.

Lodging Information

• Lodging is NOT included in registration and participants are responsible for making their own room reservations using the link provided. Check with your direct supervisor before reserving your room.

Payment Information
Participants will NOT be required to have a purchase order. Registration and lodging costs will be direct billed to WVAEA and regional coordinators will take care of payment. This includes ALL instructors - ESC employees, county employees, CBO employees, etc.
*Participants still must make their own room reservations and provide a credit card for incidentals. The final room cost will not be charged to the credit card. You MUST use the link to book your room so it is routed to the master bill.*
**In the event of a "no show," participants' personal credit card will be charged for lodging room.
