The West Virginia Adult Education Association, (WVAEA), Inc.
* provides leadership for the development of adult educators in West Virginia;
* improves the quality of education for students;unifies individuals and groups concerned with adult education;
* publicizes recent knowledge as well as new techniques and methods that facilitate adult learning; and
* promotes professional growth through appropriate workshops, meetings, and local, state or national conferences.
Membership is open to all institutions, businesses, organizations, students, and individuals interested in the field of adult education and literacy.
