2021 WVAEA, Inc. Fall Professional Development Information

The 2021 WVAEA, Inc. Professional Development will be held September 13-16 at Charleston Marriott Town Center, 200 Lee St. E, Charleston, WV 25301.  Attendees will register either as "in-person" or "virtual" participant.  In-person registration fees cover registration, WVAEA, Inc. membership, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch (Tuesday & Wednesday.)  Virtual registration fees cover access to a limited schedule via Teams.  

Lodging Information

• Lodging is NOT included in registration and participants are responsible for making their own room reservations using the link provided. Check with your direct supervisor before reserving your room. 
• Breakfast is included for overnight guests.
• Deadline to make a room reservation is August 23, 2021.

Professional Development Fees (In-person Attendees)
Includes registration, lunch (Tuesday & Wednesday), breaks, registration fee, and WVAEA, Inc. membership. Dinner will not be included and participants will be responsible for their own dinner. Registration fees are based on number of days attending. Registration deadline is Wednesday, August 25. Late fees will apply after this date.

If registered by September 8, 2021:

• 1 day - $200
• 2 days - $275
• 3 days - $350
• 4 days - $400
